This is certainly public knowledge but we here at P4 take our eating and cooking fairly seriously, late night escapades driving around the 4000 looking for the best eats is how most of our nights out come to an end. Bread is leaps and bounds more complex than any other type of cooking, its 50% science and 50% divine intervention, everything from the temperature to the humidity to the quality of water can affect the outcome.

Here now is our one and only qualm with the four thousand, the lack of serious proper golden crust bread, if anyone out there knows a good spot we would love to hear from you, we have already scoured the Valley, the City most of South Brisbane with nothing even coming close to satisfying the carbohydrate cravings.

First of all, thanks to T for making me aware of this “thing” that New Balance USA has created. Apparently not happy with flooding the markets with pointless packs and disgusting colourways New Balance has now decided they want to be “hip hop” and get down with the kids in the “hood”, or so it seems.

Quite an interesting take on the rise and fall of streetwear, although I don’t believe streetwear is “dead” for the whole part this guy makes a good point.
