A project by Happiness Brussels, designed by Anthony Burrill, limited edition of 200 posters, screen printed with oil from the Gulf of Mexico disaster. This is such a ingenious idea as a piece of art, important document for a historical incident and a great medium for creating some much needed awareness for a disaster that will affect generations to come.

Only 48 examples will be hand sewn for a select few to experience the ridiculously lush Kudu leather and the comort of Feit footwear, available only from Feit Direct.

As you know we recently got to checkout the Nike Sports Wear 2011 Winter Preview, and by far the most outstanding shoe there was the new Nike LunarEclipse+. Just a perfect melding of quality, design, retro accents and new technology, I’ll be wearing these throughout the summer and try to give you a full account of my experience with these dope new shoes!

To mark their fourth year in the game the Laced crew threw one massive party to celebrate and to give a shit load of love back to their regulars. They gave away a ton…A TON! Of sneakers, tees, shorts, caps, stickers, toys, sunglasses and even some unreleased sneakers! All thanks to the huge list of supporters. It was indeed a mad night much love goes out to The Vangarde,  Mafia and Hans who flew up for the occasion and the Laced crew for all the hard work. It was also great to catch up with the Deep Surface guys, who always know how to have a good time.

There ain’t no party like a Laced party, time to rest up until the next one.

If you don’t know Glen E. Friedman I’m pretty sure you’ll atleast be familiar with some of his photographs. Friedman is one of the few photographers that can truly be labelled a pioneer, standing along side a select group of dedicated shutterbugs that captured the rise of youth, from skating in dried up pools in California to hip-hop in NYC. His show; Fuck You All documents some of his most memorable works.

This past week Nike Australia invited us to be a part of their Nike Sportswear Winter 2011 Preview, at the B2 Studios in sunny Sydney. We were one of the lucky few in Australia to see the new offerings from Nike Sportswear and more importantly all the latest from Nike Running.

We admit as both of us went into this event with some reservations, as we have grown weary of the continuous rehashing of current silhouettes to keep the ‘sneaker head’ happy. To our pleasant surprise the big swoosh came through with the goods as we were greeted with a giant wall of 2011 Lunar runners.
