A massive congratulations goes to boys at LUX for their first anniversary, to commemorate the day they have created a new store shirt available in limited quantities.

So Laced went a bit cheeky with their shop tees this time and took a dig at the “so hot right now” Odd Future crew’s Tyler The Creator with a shirt reminiscent of the “Pharrell Can’t Skate” tee from ’06. No apologies for any reactions, this one came out real nice. To follow up there’s also an homage to the once #1 sports brand Fila featuring one hell of a back print. Both are in supremely low numbers so get to it quickly.

So now Bread and Butter is over and we’ve seen every brand’s range for the next 4 years, it’s probably time to share some images of the new line from adidas and Jeremy Scott. Like it or not, this line in the ObyO series has had one of the more noticable and significant impacts on streetwear in the last year and a bit, specifically the footwear. Before Mr Scott put out golden be-winged shoes and fluffy bears for your feet the sneaker scene had well and truly fallen into a pattern of dull. Whilst it’s not for everyone (lord knows I’d never wear 99.9% of it) you can’t help but give props to adidas for having the balls to put this out.

So, myself and T headed down to the Gold Coast at the weekend, which meant we had to drop in to see the boys at Sneak & Destroy.  Whilst there I picked up a couple of nice pieces: An ODB 36 Chambers tee and a Mitchell & Ness Hall of Fame fitted.

At the moment it seems like the small Aussie skate brands are killing it. Brisbane born and now Sydney based Pass Port have dropped one hell of a clean line. Expanding from simple yet effective tee logos, they’ve teamed up with Note To Self, a brand who started off doing custom fit denim and now according to them they’ve “cracked the chino code” with their new pants. Alongside these stand out items there’s also a bunch of accessories to keep you entertained.

First time wearing the new Nike SB Koston 1, very comfortable, very supportive, these have now replaced my Clyde’s as my go to daily pair. I am also sporting one of our own Dream Team Shirts, gingham shirt by Polo Ralph Lauren and my favourite pair of Dockers.
